What you’ll Do:
- Lead and manage 360° co-marketing campaigns designed to create win-win objectives and results for both LINE MAN and our partners.
- Develop tactical strategies to achieve campaign objectives, such as boosting brand awareness or transactions, through partnerships with other companies to promote LINE MAN’s products and services.
- Evaluate campaign performance by tracking and evaluating their success in relation to set goals throughout all campaign stages.
- Oversee CRM systems to execute and measure campaigns, manage partnership opportunities, and generate reports with actionable recommendations for the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop new initiatives and maintain ongoing ones.
- Analyze data from various sources, from websites, social media to mobile apps, to identify opportunities for improving marketing efforts.
What you’ll Need:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in campaign management, preferably with a focus on partnership or account management in e-commerce, FMCG, or related industries.
- In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, local-to-global industry trends, and media strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven project management abilities, with a focus on delivering compelling presentations.
- Bachelor’s or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Results-driven, accountable, and able to think strategically and creatively, with distinctive problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a very dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Thai and English.
