What you’ll Do:
- Establish product strategies and roadmaps by deeply understanding LINE Pay's products, market, competitors, and user needs.
- Analyze the product requirements, review cost-effectiveness, and launch new products by writing detailed plans and scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with various departments such as development, business, marketing, and UX design to launch new products and features, test performance, and make rapid improvements.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the product, from monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key indicators to continuously improving services.
- Continuously communicate with the Thailand headquarters to achieve project goals.
What you’ll Need:
- Proficient in both verbal communication and writing in English (Business level English proficiency above).
- Minimum of 5 years of service planning (Including UX experience) or product management experience.
- Experience in leading product vision establishment, market entry strategies, and monetization models.
- Project management experience or experience with the end-to-end project life cycle.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and passionate about contributing to team goals.
- No restrictions on overseas travel and work.
It'd be Great if you have:
- FinTech or financial industry experience.
- Extensive experience collaborating with developers and a high level of technical understanding.
- Experience with global services or entering overseas markets.
- Experience in data-driven product improvement, such as user research and A/B testing.
- Working-level proficiency in Thai.
