Intern - People (Creative Learning & Development)

What you’ll Do:

• Support the planning and execution of the New Joiner Onboarding Bootcamp, including logistics, learner communication, and engagement activities.
• Create and edit presentation slides and learning materials for our Bootcamp and WeTrain sessions.
• Design posters, infographics, and visual assets for learning and internal communication.
• Edit short-form videos and images for learning content.
• Collect learner feedback and support post-training activities.
• Support other People & L&D projects as assigned.

What you’ll Need: 

• 3rd or 4th-year university student in Communication Arts, Digital Media, Design, Marketing, HR, Psychology, or any related fields.
• Interested in Learning & Development, event coordination, and content creation.
• Comfortable using Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Basic to intermediate skills in video and image editing. Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good visual sense, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English.
