What you’ll Do:
- Assisting in company training programs/events i.e. hosting the ice-breaking session in a new hire onboarding program and in some company engagement activities etc.
- Coordinating training sessions, including webinars and face-to-face sessions, as required.
- Supporting running workshops and the associated administration - preparation of training materials and toolkits, manage registration and attendees’ data, collect developmental feedback.
- Occasionally assisting in designing internal posters, infographics or video editing for internal communication.
- Other people-related projects as assigned.
What you’ll Need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in all Google Workspace applications, particularly Google Sheet Data Analytics.
It'd be Great if you have
- 3rd or 4th-year university student is preferred
- Excellent event planning and managing skills. Experience in organizing university events is preferred.
