What you’ll Do:
- Master the Queue (Traffic Management): Act as the single point of contact for all incoming marketing requests from various Business Units. You will assess, prioritize, and schedule these requests into the marketing team's pipeline, ensuring a balanced workload and realistic timelines.
- Stakeholder Negotiation: You are the diplomat and the enforcer. You will deal directly with Business Heads and teams to align on priorities. You must have the seniority to say "no" or "not now" when necessary, based on strategic data, while maintaining strong relationships.
- Resource & Budget Optimization: oversee the allocation of marketing resources (manpower, creative hours, media budget). You will track utilization rates to ensure no team is burnout while maximizing output.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Own the marketing dashboard. You will track KPIs, budget spending, and campaign effectiveness across all units. You will synthesize this data into clear, high-level reports to present to Management, providing visibility into what the marketing team is doing and achieving.
- Process Improvement: Define and enforce the "Way of Work." You will identify bottlenecks in our current workflow and implement better processes (e.g., briefing standards, approval flows) to make the team work faster and smarter.
- Team Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of the operational side of the marketing team, ensuring everyone knows what they need to do and has the resources to do it.
What you’ll Need:
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Traffic Management, Project Management, or a related role within an agency or fast-paced tech company.
- Proven Stakeholder Management: Experience dealing with multiple business stakeholders with competing priorities. You must be confident enough to negotiate with senior leaders.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You live in spreadsheets, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com), and calendars. You love structure.
- Data & Reporting Proficiency: Ability to track budgets, analyze KPIs, and create compelling reports/presentations for executive leadership.
- Leadership Presence: Senior enough to command respect from other departments and guide internal team members.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
Should Have
- Background in an Advertising Agency (Traffic/Account Management) or Tech Startup.
- Experience with budget planning and financial tracking.
- Ability to remain objective and neutral when mediating between different business units.
Nice to Have
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience implementing new project management software for a team.
Who you are:
- The Orchestrator: You can see the big picture (Management view) and the small details (Team view) simultaneously. You know exactly who is doing what and when.
- Iron Fist in a Velvet Glove: You are firm on deadlines and processes but polite and diplomatic in your delivery. You can manage conflict without creating enemies.
- Chaos Tamer: When requests come flying in from all directions, you don't panic. You organize, prioritize, and execute.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You don't prioritize based on who shouts the loudest; you prioritize based on business impact and data.
- Solution-Oriented: You don't just report problems (e.g., "we are over capacity"); you come with solutions (e.g., "we should swap campaign A for B to free up resources").
