We are looking for an experienced Fraud Operations Executive to join our Finance Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.
- Perform investigation of fraud cases detected from detection systems and other channels of which fraud is raised
- Maintain strong knowledge for industrial fraud by staying informed about behavior, industry changes
- Analyze and verify suspicious fraud cases to identify patterns, anomalies and process gaps
- Report on daily fraud trends and cluster characteristics, perform deep dives and write summaries
- Prepare fraud investigation performance periodically or ad-hoc report
- Coordinate with relevant parties such as Payment , Customer Support and Local team to verify information related to fraud cases
- Work with stakeholders to reduce fraud related losses, while maintaining focus on a positive customer experience
