What you’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support to the fraud team in daily operations and investigations e.g. monitoring social media platforms to identify and flag potential fraud cases or any suspicious activity
- Suggest new fraud trends or suspicious cases to the fraud team based on your findings
- Make outbound calls to merchants to verify transaction details and validate suspicious orders
- Support the team in deducting or flagging fraudulent orders in the system
- Conduct call checks with riders to verify activity and detect irregularities
- Help maintain records of flagged cases and summarize findings for internal use
- Work closely with internal teams for information gathering and follow-ups
- Assist in other fraud-related tasks as needed
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic/Business/Engineering/Statistics or related fields
- Experience in e-commerce or logistic fraud highly preferred
- 1-2 years working experience in related fields. Fresh graduates that have the necessary requirements may apply
- Experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
- Curious and Attention to detail
- Proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
