What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement corporate development strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Support the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, and prepare strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Oversee and manage key capital events of the group companies, including fundraising, restructuring and IPO initiatives.
- Evaluate new business initiatives through financial modeling and strategic planning to determine funding and capital requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research on global market trends and understand key drivers to proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
What you’ll need:
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and business indicators to identify and analyze trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to build sophisticated financial models, execute advanced sensitivity analysis, and conduct comprehensive valuation analysis.
- Superior business acumen, highly developed communication, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to present complex analysis and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to executive leadership.
- A strategic thinker with a strong commitment to meeting critical deadlines and driving results.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
