What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage all litigation and pre-litigation cases across civil, commercial, criminal, administrative, and regulatory domains.
- Advise on employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, terminations, performance management, workplace investigations, and grievance handling.
- Monitor changes in labor and employment law and ensure proactive compliance across the organization.
- Partner with People teams to develop employee policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Collaborate with business leaders and other functions (e.g. Operations, Compliance, Risk) on risk mitigation and contract-related matters where relevant.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); Master’s degree or Thai Bar qualification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in litigation and labor law, ideally in both in-house and law firm settings.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai civil procedure, labor law, and dispute resolution frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and persuasively to non-legal audiences.
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and coordinate across departments.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for working in high-growth, dynamic environments, including semi-startup settings, is an advantage.
