What you’ll do:
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities such as the Bank of Thailand (BOT), the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), and other relevant agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide compliance advice to internal teams, review and monitor both business and IT processes, and ensure that company operations align with legal and regulatory standards.
- Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and manuals; monitor regulatory changes, assess their impact on business and IT systems, and support the implementation of necessary adjustments.
- Promote a strong compliance culture across the organization by creating communication strategies, developing training materials, and delivering company-wide compliance education programs.
- Handle special assignments and ad-hoc compliance projects as required by the business, management, or regulatory demands.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably within the fintech, payment, or financial services industries.
- Thai nationality with strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risk (e.g., BOT, AML/CFT regulations).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
