What you’ll Do:
- Doing Monthly CRM and Quarter CRM for Platform
- Helping Commercial Planning to clean up leads before injecting into Salesforce for the sales team.
- Creating, maintaining and updating internal operations SOPs to align with directional changes and new ways of working.
- Fire fighting with Sales team to help solving sales day-to-day operations
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation or AI-assisted workflow tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make).
- Collaborate with teams to automate repetitive operational tasks and enhance efficiency across commercial processes.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Having experience in Sales Support, Operation Analyst with relevant experience in Internet companies, and e-Commerce is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheet and experience with large data sets (vlookup, pivot table etc)
- Understand Operations, Fulfillment and e-commerce business.
- Organized and hands-on person with great attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in workflow automation using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity to explore technology-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
- Has a service mind, strong interpersonal skills and can interact with people at all levels.
