What you’ll do :
- Hunt & Acquire New Logos: Proactively identify and close deals with Thailand’s largest restaurant chains and corporate food businesses. Your primary goal is new revenue and market share expansion.
- Consultative Solution Selling: Pitch the "Full Ecosystem" transformation. Sell the vision of a digitized restaurant operation using our POS, Inventory, Payment, and Data solutions to solve high-level business problems.
- Lead Seamless Onboarding & Adoption: You own the "Go-Live" success. You don't just hand off the client; you oversee the initial setup and training phase to ensure the client can use the system efficiently. You act as the bridge between the client and our technical teams to smooth out any friction during the first 90 days.
- Drive Complex Deal Cycles: Manage the end-to-end sales process—from cold outreach and negotiation to contract signing and system rollout
- Guarantee First-Time Value: Ensure clients have a superior "Day 1" experience. You monitor their initial usage to confirm they are leveraging the full potential of our Merchant Digital Solutions, securing long-term retention immediately.
- Collaborate to Close & Deploy: Work closely with Product and Onboarding teams to craft the right proposal and ensure the promised solution is delivered and installed on time and on spec.
What you’ll need :
Must Have
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, ideally in SaaS or Retail Tech.
- Hunter Mentality with Farmer Care: You love closing deals, but you also care deeply that your client succeeds after the sale.
- Experience in Implementation/Onboarding: You understand the complexities of rolling out software to multiple branches. You can guide a client through the "change management" process of adopting a new system.
- Tech-Savvy & Solution-Oriented: Ability to explain technical features and implementation timelines clearly to non-technical business owners.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Organized enough to manage the sales pipeline while simultaneously overseeing the onboarding status of signed clients.
- Resilience & Executive Presence: Confidence to negotiate with C-levels and the grit to solve problems during the critical setup phase.
Nice to Have
- Experience in POS / ERP system deployment.
- Background in Training or Customer Success for technical products.
