What you’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of merchant digital solutions (POS, mobile ordering, integrated payments, and CRM) from ideation to execution, transforming raw ideas into successful operating businesses.
- Analyze market, consumer, and competitor data to identify opportunities, define growth priorities, and ensure solutions meet market needs.
- Work directly with cross-functional and tech teams to co-build products, execute commercial models, and remove roadblocks to make things happen.
- Drive financial KPIs (revenue, profit) as well as non-financial metrics like user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to continually enhance the LINE MAN Wongnai ecosystem.
What you’ll Need:
- 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or commercial roles, preferably in tech, marketplaces, SaaS, POS, payments, or F&B.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into execution and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
- Solid understanding of business metrics, unit economics, and P&L, with the ability to act on performance insights.
- Experience in go-to-market strategy, commercial models, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and ability to navigate unstructured challenges.
- High ownership mindset with strong accountability; hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable as an individual contributor.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with resilience and adaptability.
