What you'll do:
- Manage Restaurant Partners: Serve as the primary point of contact for our restaurant partners, working collaboratively in delivering mutual business objectives.
- Drive Business Operations: Oversee business-as-usual operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily activities.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of restaurant partners: Drive top-line growth while ensuring sustainable unit economics. Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize partners' potential.
- Drive Campaign & Media Sales: Develop, pitch, and execute marketing campaigns and media solutions tailored to restaurant partners, helping them maximize sales and visibility through our platform.
- Secure Investments & Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop new investment opportunities and partnership models to drive long-term business growth and competitive advantage.
- Develop Strategic Initiatives: Identify and implement new initiatives to keep our service offering ahead of competitors, enhancing value for our restaurant partners.
What you'll need:
- Strong Communication & Commercial Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and discussion skills, capable of engaging effectively with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong logic and analysis skills, able to make sense of numbers and derive actionable insights.
- Proven Experience in Business Development & Partnerships: Prior experience in business development, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the food delivery, e-commerce, or media industry.
- Campaign & Media Sales Expertise: Understanding of marketing campaigns, digital media mechanics, and monetization strategies to drive revenue through media and promotional initiatives.
- Investment & Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities and strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
