What you’ll do:
Pricing & packaging design
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve packaging and pricing across our product lines – including Wongnai POS, integrated payment services, and other merchant digital solutions
- Build the business case: quantify impact, stress-test hypotheses, and ground proposals using evidence-based approach (benchmarking, data modeling, experimentation) to drive decisions with confidence
- Present your proposal directly to the CEO and business leaders, and take ownership of the proposed uplift to P&L
Rollout & execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to rollout pricing initiatives
- Run experiments (e.g. A/B tests, phased rollouts, pilot cohorts) or deploy risk-mitigating approaches ahead of full launch wherever feasible
- Own the accuracy and consistency of pricing-facing materials — pricing page, sales pitch/material — so what's proposed matches what's sold
Evaluate & own the feedback loop
- Own a standardized post-launch review for every pricing/packaging change: forecast vs. actual – document learnings against your hypotheses
- Maintain a running record of past pricing decisions and outcomes so each new proposal builds on the last instead of starting from zero
Cross-Functional thought partnership
- Be a trusted advisor to Business, Product, Sales, and other internal teams — bringing structured problem-solving and strategic frameworks to their toughest questions
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields. Master's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, revenue management, financial planning, or other strong quantitative fields, ideally with pricing or SaaS-revenue exposure
- Strong analytical skills — fluent in thinking in frameworks, building financial models, and translating data into a clear narrative that drives evidence-based pricing decisions
- Structured documentation and evaluation habits — validate your hypotheses to build repeatable frameworks, not just one-time answers
