What you’ll Do:
- Drive End-to-End Acquisition: Identify and acquire high-value restaurant chains, enterprise accounts, and exclusive partners across Thailand.
- Lead Commercial Negotiations: Structure profitable deals focusing on Commission (GP), marketing investments, media packages, and exclusivity agreements.
- Architect Growth Strategies: Develop long-term Joint Business Plans (JBPs), sales forecasts, and campaign calendars for strategic merchants.
- Own Business Performance: Monitor and optimize key commercial metrics including GMV, order growth, merchant retention, and campaign ROI.
- Manage Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure flawless merchant onboarding and issue resolution.
- Conduct Market Intelligence: Track food delivery trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior to turn insights into new business opportunities.
- Analyze Financial Health: Evaluate merchant P&Ls, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and unit economics to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or an analytical field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Direct experience in Food Delivery, FMCG, Retail, Restaurant, OTA, E-commerce Marketplace, or FinTech is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze business performance, financial sheets, unit economics, and ROI. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both Thai and English with exceptional corporate presentation, business storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- A customer-centric self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, resilience in fast-paced environments, and a genuine passion for food trends and consumer dining habits.
