What you’ll do:
- Own funnel performance (Impression → Order) by identifying and resolving key drop-offs to accelerate in-app growth.
- Optimize funnel KPIs (CTR, CVR, OTR, GMV) through targeted interventions to ensure sustainable user growth.
- Architect and manage A/B testing across UX, personalization, and CRM to validate growth hypotheses.
- Extract growth insights from deep-dive data analysis to fuel the experimentation roadmap.
- Optimize CRM journeys (push, retargeting, segmentation.)
- Continuously identifying and testing new growth opportunities across all platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and CRM teams (Braze.)
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in experimentation, growth, performance marketing, or personalization/recommendation systems.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to find root causes from data.
- Strong ownership, fast execution, and passion for testing & optimization.
- Experience with CRM / Push / Retargeting would be a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / super app would be a plus.
