What you’ll do:
- Steer New Ventures: Lead new business initiatives from ideation to market success, ensuring all milestones are met with precision.
- Drive Growth & Profitability: Develop and execute robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aimed at maximizing market share and hitting financial KPIs.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain rigorous oversight of business performance, ensuring operations align with strategic objectives and pivot when necessary to maintain momentum.
- Market Innovation: Monitor competitive landscapes to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge, delivering high ROI through faster innovation cycles.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central nervous system for new initiatives, coordinating seamlessly with Product Development, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Operational Resilience: Maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of every function involved in your business unit. You are expected to identify operational risks early and step in to resolve disruptions should they arise.
What you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in New Business Development, P&L Ownership, or Management Consulting.
- A sophisticated understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, and the ability to translate complex business metrics into actionable insights.
- A track record of delivering on targets in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong business intuition combined with proven negotiation and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to establish high-trust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
