What you’ll do:
Market Penetration & Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and hunt for potential SMB clients within the Thai beauty sector (Skincare, Cosmetics, Haircare, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to pinpoint high-potential leads.
Consultative Selling & Solution Design:
- Receive briefs from clients, analyze their pain points, and propose tailored marketing plans using Wongnai Beauty media products.
- Design creative bundle packages and strategic pricing structures that maximize value for clients while hitting revenue targets.
- Create compelling pitching decks and present winning proposals to business owners and marketing teams.
Sales Operations & Strategy:
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and contract negotiation.
- Develop systematic sales plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present weekly sales reports, analyzing performance and forecasting revenue.
Tech & Efficiency:
- Utilize Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) extensively for planning, reporting, and presenting.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, data analysis, or content ideation (highly encouraged).
What you’ll need:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (Media, Advertising, or Beauty industry background is a plus).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Thai SMB Beauty market landscape (Skincare, Personal Care, Cosmetics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create professional and persuasive pitch decks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure pricing and analyze marketing briefs.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) is a must.
