What you’ll need :
- 6-9 years of experience from e-Commerce Strategy, Business Development, Sales Management, and/or Digital Advertising roles
- Familiarity with e-Commerce and Digital Advertising
- Proven hands-on experience in project management, planning and execution
- Ability to work with speed, knowing when to get things right and when to get things fast
- Ability to drive results under pressure and ambiguity with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Profound understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial and open mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and Comfort with basic AI tools
