What you’ll do :
Strategic Portfolio Leadership
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the chained restaurants portfolio, ensuring delivery of end-to-end portfolio performance.
- Develop and monitor joint business plans with partners, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
High-Impact Partnerships & Value Creation
- Build and deepen C-level relationships, leading complex negotiations and securing long-term agreements.
- Design and implement scalable partnership models that unlock new growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop Business Development Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Institutionalize best practices in account management, deal structuring, and partnership governance.
Cross-functional Orchestration
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams with clear deliverables and measurable impact.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to inform portfolio strategy.
- Identify and execute new opportunities, serving as a thought partner to senior leadership.
What you’ll need :
- 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Key Account Management; prior exposure to F&B, e-commerce, or retail preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes across end-to-end portfolio performance.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing senior management stakeholders.
- Expertise in negotiation, deal structuring, and driving large-scale strategic partnerships.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to build business cases, ROI models, and investment frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with ability to inspire, coach, and scale teams.
- Data-driven, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
