Sales Training Manager



  • Training and onboarding all new sales both in-house and outsources
  • Monitoring performance of in-house sales channels includes F2F and telesales, delivering coaching and feedback to Sales and Team Leaders to improve sales performances.
  • Working closely with business development managers, sales assistant managers, and sales managers to identify the training needs and organizing training interventions to meet sales targets.
  • Developing a content design for the development of sales training materials.
  • Performing QA of In-house calls and visits and also produces QA monthly reports, monitoring, analyzing, and developing corrective/preventive actions.
  • Monitoring and ensuring all product, service information, bulletin to be updated.
  • Preparing reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities.
  • Partnering with the related team to develop and implement the overall sales tools that maximize performance and sales results.
  • Managing a variety of training delivery methods including live (online and in-person), and on-demand courses, as well as make delivery recommendations for training programs.
  • Developing the evaluations to measure training effectiveness and provide metrics for


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales training, including design, development and delivery of training.
  • Have a good attitude, service mind and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English skill.
  • Proficiency in computer skill.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitasking.
  • Adaptability – you must be comfortable with constant change
