Job Highlights

  • At least 3 years’ experience as telesales supervisor

  • Middle level English is required

Responsibilities:

  • Build-up & lead telesales team to achieve sales target
  • Supervise and coach new telesales staff
  • Foster collaboration among the team members
  • Monitor the performance of individual team member
  • Design and implement call tracking process and KPI e.g.number of calls per day, minutes of calls, call records and call evaluation
  • Handle daily operation, customer complaints, as well as solve issues 

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality with at least bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • At least 3 years’ experience as telesales supervisor
  • Effective communication, presentation, convincing and negotiating skills
  • Result-driven, team management and passionate
  • Good in database and data analysis
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Computer literate; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Google offices
  • Have background and knowledge on sales strategy, sales analytical, sale performance
  • Experience in Consumer Finance products e.g. Credit card, Personal loan, and Insurance is a plus
