- Training and onboarding all new sales both in-house and outsources
- Monitoring performance of in-house sales channels includes F2F and telesales, delivering coaching and feedback to Sales and Team Leaders to improve sales performances.
- Working closely with business development managers, sales assistant managers, and sales managers to identify the training needs and organizing training interventions to meet sales targets.
- Developing a content design for the development of sales training materials.
- Performing QA of In-house calls and visits and also produces QA monthly reports, monitoring, analyzing, and developing corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitoring and ensuring all product, service information, bulletin to be updated.
- Preparing reports to communicate the outcomes of quality activities.
- Partnering with the related team to develop and implement the overall sales tools that maximize performance and sales results.
- Managing a variety of training delivery methods including live (online and in-person), and on-demand courses, as well as make delivery recommendations for training programs.
- Developing the evaluations to measure training effectiveness and provide metrics for
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales training, including design, development and delivery of training.
- Have a good attitude, service mind and interpersonal skills.
- Good English skill.
- Proficiency in computer skill.
- Able to work under pressure and multitasking.
