LINE MAN Wongnai is looking for an experienced sales professional to develop and lead the sales team of the company' fast growing businesses. We are looking for a self-motivated executive with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales. You will be responsible for meeting company’ sales targets.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Own company’ sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and sales plan to achieve company’ goals
  • Design and align the structure to support sales strategy
  • Build, implement, manage, and provide full visibility into every stage of sales and sales-related processes, funnels and pipelines
  • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for management, organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
  • Manage and train sales and sales management team
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Business Development, Product, Operations and Marketing
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally


Qualifications:

  • Seven years of relevant sales experience including sales management functions with outstanding track records
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Compelling analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to find patterns and trends, back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Fast, eager to learn the ever changing market services/products to see the disruptive opportunities your product has created in the market and they want to exploit them 
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Able to travel across the country
  • MBA is a plus
