What you’ll Do:
- Responsible for managing the Wongnai POS sales team to expand the customer base of restaurants using the management system (Wongnai POS) and be able to meet the assigned sales targets.
- Analyze, design plans, and develop the sales skills of the team.
- Plan, contact, and consult on Wongnai POS in all dimensions, including function, application, equipment, and related network systems.
- Prepare equipment, data, system settings, and deliver Wongnai POS ready for customers to have the best first experience.
- Assist customers in transitioning from their old systems to Wongnai POS conveniently, smoothly, and quickly.
- Monitor and push for customers to use Wongnai POS as the main equipment for their stores.
- Collect feedback, summarize reports on the customers managed, and propose improvement and development strategies.
- Take responsibility for other projects as assigned.
What you’ll Need:
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Leadership skills, motivation building, and advising skills for the team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to propose good problem-solving strategies.
- Knowledge and understanding of technology and applications.
- Good computer and internet skills (knowledge of IP internet network and WIFI will be considered a plus).
- Diligent and able to work under pressure, able to work towards set goals.
- Bold in cold calling customers, patient, and follows up on work to the fullest.
- Experience in sales/sales team management will be considered a plus.
- Able to travel well within the responsible area, familiar with various locations.
