What you’ll do:
- Define product strategy and roadmap by developing an in-depth understanding of the product, market dynamics, competition, and user requirements.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of new products and features to market by analyzing requirements, assessing return on investment (ROI), and setting priorities and timelines.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Business, Data, UX/UI, and other cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Investigate and define solutions for complex operational processes related to dispatch, routing, and order fulfillment systems.
- Take full product ownership of your area, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Build domain expertise and lead initiatives within your product area.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum GPAX of 3.0 (or equivalent).
- Preferred 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, product management, or a related field. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English, both verbal and written.
- A data-driven mindset and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, dashboards) for decision-making and prioritization.
- Strong analytical thinking, product sense, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable experience in project management or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle.
