Junior/Senior UX/UI Designer (Korean Speaking)

What you'll Do:

• Design intuitive and visually compelling UI for a seamless user experience.
• Take ownership of the design process from research to delivery, creating prototypes or conducting research as needed.
• Shape product strategy by proposing impact-driven solutions that enhance both user experience and business growth.
• Measure and improve design using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Facilitate discussions, gathering feedback from designers and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Challenge and define requirements rather than just following requests.
• Advocate for the best UX outcomes by persuading stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentor other designers and drive innovation in UX/UI, accessibility, animation, analytics, and methodologies.

• 최상의 UX 결과를 도출할 수 있도록 이해관계자를 설득하고 조정
• 엔지니어, 프로덕트 매니저, 비즈니스 팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 고품질의 제품을 출시
• 팀 내 디자이너를 멘토링하고, UX/UI, 접근성, 애니메이션, 데이터 분석 및 최신 디자인 방법론을 연구 및 도입

What you'll Need:

• 5+ years as a UX/UI Designer with a strong English portfolio .
• Experience in app/web design with an understanding of iOS, Android, and web limitations.
• Strong grasp of design principles (layout, contrast, spacing, hierarchy, typography, etc.).
• User-centric mindset – capable of adapting design thinking to drive meaningful impact.
• Logical & detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for UI, apps, and technology – a pixel-perfectionist who loves refining details.

자격 요건:

• UX/UI 디자이너로서 5년 이상의 경력 보유
• 영문 포트폴리오 필수 제출
• 앱/웹 디자인 경험 보유, iOS, Android, 웹 플랫폼의 제약을 이해하는 능력
• 디자인 원칙(레이아웃, 대비, 간격, 계층 구조, 타이포그래피 등)에 대한 깊은 이해
• 사용자 중심 사고(User-Centric Mindset)를 바탕으로 디자인 사고(Design Thinking)를 적용할 수 있는 역량
• 논리적이고 세밀한 문제 해결 능력
• UI, 앱, 기술에 대한 열정이 있으며, 픽셀 단위까지 완벽을 추구하는 디테일 지향적인 성향

• Experience in UX/UI for Korean platforms (food delivery, fintech, or e-commerce).
• Background in global UX research & user testing.
• Strong sense of design with a keen interest in branding and graphic design.
• Interest in working in Thailand or collaborating in a global environment.
