What you’ll Do
- Create research plans. Selecting appropriate research methods for each particular research problem.
- Define research topics and questions. Identify opportunities and research topics beyond business requests/requirements.
- Conduct research and analyze data collected. Take the lead on the end-to-end research process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with product, data science, design, and engineering to ensure research methods and insights are well-grounded.
- Proactively communicate insights and findings. Making insights easy to digest. Close the gap between user and internal teams.
- Push and advocate for action. Ensuring UX issues are addressed.
Coach and lead the team in UX research.
What you’ll Need:
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience working as a UX Researcher.
- Can speak Thai natively to conduct research with local audiences.
- Have high proficiency in planning, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research.
- Experienced with a broad range of qualitative research methods such as user interviews, contextual studies, usability tests, surveys, etc.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and autonomy. Question and define requirements, beyond the given request or scope.
- Well-versed in managing biases during research ie. participants saying one thing but in fact, doing another.
