What you’ll Do:
Strategic Public Policy Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated public affairs strategy that aligns with company goals and supports Thailand’s digital transformation agenda.
- Anticipate and address emerging policy challenges, providing proactive and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Government Relations
- Build, strengthen, and sustain trusted relationships with key government agencies, policymakers, and regulators.
- Advocate for policies that foster a healthy platform economy, SME empowerment, and equitable digital growth.
Regulatory Affairs & Advocacy
- Monitor regulatory developments across delivery, e-commerce, and digital sectors; assess implications and craft engagement strategies.
- Lead the company’s representation in policy discussions, consultations, and legislative processes.
Stakeholder & Industry Engagement
- Represent LINE MAN Wongnai in external forums, chambers, councils, and industry associations.
- Build collaborative partnerships with the public and private sectors to advance shared interests.
Corporate Reputation & Issues Management
- Partner with Corporate Communications and Legal teams to manage sensitive issues, public positioning, and crisis communications.
- Safeguard and enhance the company’s reputation with transparency, consistency, and credibility.
Executive Advisory & Thought Leadership
- Serve as a senior advisor to the executive team on public policy, compliance, and reputational risk.
- Champion thought leadership in areas such as innovation, sustainability, digital inclusion, and SME growth.
Social & Environmental Public–Private Partnerships
- Develop and lead social and environmental partnership initiatives with government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Co-design and implement programs that align with the company’s sustainability goals, including waste reduction, food safety, digital inclusion, and SME empowerment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact and ensure alignment with internal ESG priorities.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Law, Public Policy, Communications, Economics, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or corporate communications preferably in technology, e-commerce, or fast-moving industries.
- Deep understanding of Thailand’s regulatory environment and digital economy landscape.
- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior government officials and industry stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate policy insights into strategic business impact.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration at a senior level.
