The primary responsibility of this position will be the management of day-to-day IT end-user support in the company. Provide technical assistance to end-users concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including office applications, operating systems, printing and hardware installation.

Responsibilities

  • Install and config computer hardware operating systems (windows/mac) and applications (iOS/android)
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required
  • Coordinate with service provider for support network issues and security policy
  • Setup new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
  • Train for new employees to use the necessary software or system.
  • Create purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
  • Support office activities, event organization, employees’ events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT-related fields
  • Background: Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems
  • Experience supporting: Strong networking knowledge (such as TCP/IP, switches, routers, etc) is a plus
  • Proficient in programs (such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office)
  • Creative: Candidate will be innovative, have strong problem solving capabilities and is able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with many varied technical support requests
  • Independent: The ideal candidate will be dedicated, flexible, and have a demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision
  • Writing: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Mac is a must
