What You’ll Do

  • Oversee our recruitment strategies and help build a data-driven recruiting organization
  • Partner with management teams to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments, implement and execute a talent acquisition strategy together with the Talent Acquisition Representative. Also, as needed, you will have to jump in and be a full-cycle recruiter for senior-level positions
  • Coach and mentor TA team for their career development, sourcing techniques, and new initiatives on hiring trends
  • Propose and lead process improvement initiatives aimed at scaling our hiring operations
  • Regularly optimize our recruiting processes so they are efficient, provide an excellent candidate experience as well as stakeholder engagement satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate business reporting to key stakeholders against quality metrics hiring weekly and long-term
  • Work alongside with Engagement team to initiate recruiting projects or events to attract the candidates in all different aspects
  • Be a trusted advisor for key stakeholders on internal and external hiring guidelines and cooperations
  • Other tasks as assigned

What Requires for Success

  • Bachelor degree in Human resources, Psychology, or similar relevant field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition, with profound experience in leading the teams
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; BreezyHR is a plus
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to hiring process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable providing feedback to an array of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • A positive, “can do” attitude and proactive problem solver
