  • Ensure employee database accuracy
  • Assist in headcount planning and salary structure
  • Oversee and manage the budget under People Team
  • Oversee social security and provident fund
  • Provide support & suggestion in visa & work permits for Expat staffs


  • Bachelor or Master degree in any fields
  • Experience in compensation & benefits for 4 years
  • Good Knowledge in Labour Law
  • Skills in VLOOKUP and creating the pivot table in Excel
  • Ability in data calculation and analysis
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maturity and able to cope with the face pace working environment
