People Operations Manager (LINE Pay)

What you'll Do:

• Lead and Optimize People Operations: Oversee and manage core people operations, including Onboarding, Offboarding, People Information Systems (PIS) & Master Data, Internal Communication, and Rewards operations, which encompass payroll and benefits. Ensure these processes are streamlined, efficient, and deliver an exceptional employee experience, aligning with our operating model
• Drive People Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all people processes. Lead initiatives to enhance people operations, leveraging innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with Group People processes and procedures
• Be a Trusted Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior business leaders, ensuring seamless alignment and support across all people initiatives, understanding their challenges, and proactively proposing people solutions
• Lead Project Implementation: Lead the successful implementation and communication of key people initiatives, providing clear visibility into milestones and progress to employees and management teams
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts from the People functional teams within the group and cross-functional departments to drive collective success
• Manage Budgets and Analyze Trends: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and manage people budgets, analyze trends, and prioritize budget allocations in collaboration with the financial planning and accounting teams

What you'll Need:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects, effectively navigating competing priorities and diverse stakeholder perspectives
• Strong consultative and solution-focused mindset, with a focus on delivering effective outcomes
• Experience with HRIS and a solid understanding of process improvement methodologies
• Proficient in office productivity tools and analytics platforms
• Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
