What you’ll Do:
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in pay distribution.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws related to payroll.
- Process and manage payroll deductions, tax filings, and reporting for all employees.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, and benefit deductions.
- Manage payroll reporting and reconciliation, including audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance and improve payroll efficiency.
- Benefits Administration:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Administer open enrollment periods, ensuring employees are informed and able to make appropriate benefits elections.
- Advise employees on benefits options, eligibility, and coverage details, acting as the point of contact for benefits inquiries.
- Partner with benefits providers to negotiate and manage benefits offerings, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet employee needs.
- Regularly evaluate benefits offerings and recommend improvements or adjustments based on employee feedback, cost analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, compensation analysis, or a related field; at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Experience working in a large or international organization is considered an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, compensation best practices, and labor laws.
- Strong experience with payroll software and systems. Knowledge of HRIS systems and data integration between HR, payroll, and finance functions is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and various formulas, with strong skills in numbers and data analysis.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control related to compensation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and manage confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
