We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and development initiatives within our organization. As a people manager, you will lead a team of learning specialists to create and deliver engaging training programs that align with our organizational goals.

What you’ll Do:

  • Lead in designing and developing engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for skills improvement.
  • Create content, presentations and e-learning modules as needed to support training initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops, utilizing various instructional techniques to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive framework for career progression at LINE MAN Wongnai ensuring employees have clear pathways for professional growth and development.
  • Evaluate and adjust training programs for effectiveness, based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and evaluations.
  • Analyze data and feedback to determine the effectiveness of existing training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Work with external partners to assess training needs and develop collaborative solutions.
  • Generate reports to measure the impact of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain training documentation submitted to the Department of Skill Development, ensuring adherence to specified criteria.


What you’ll Need: 

  • Generate reports to measure the impact of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of learning specialists.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve training effectiveness
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
  • Strong passion for learning and development.
