What you’ll Do:
- Lead in designing and developing engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for skills improvement.
- Create content, presentations and e-learning modules as needed to support training initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, utilizing various instructional techniques to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Create and implement a comprehensive framework for career progression at LINE MAN Wongnai ensuring employees have clear pathways for professional growth and development.
- Evaluate and adjust training programs for effectiveness, based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and evaluations.
- Analyze data and feedback to determine the effectiveness of existing training programs and recommend improvements.
- Work with external partners to assess training needs and develop collaborative solutions.
- Generate reports to measure the impact of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain training documentation submitted to the Department of Skill Development, ensuring adherence to specified criteria.
What you’ll Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of learning specialists.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve training effectiveness
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
- Strong passion for learning and development.
