What you’ll Do:

  • Ensure a high level of support is onboarding and offboarding for our users and continuously looking for improvements to the user experience.
    • Always on the lookout for opportunities to improve our operations and user experiences, and deliver cohesive ideas around innovative support strategies and workflow design considerations
    • Identify and develop better tools, and implement improvements and solutions to increase the operational efficiency of the IT Service management process with a focus on excellent user journeys, experiences, and satisfaction.

  • Administer the general system to grant access and regular review of the user accounts, permissions, and access rights to accurate access to the internal system under your responsibility.
  • Perform workflow administration tasks, including creating, managing, and maintaining with key stakeholders from various departments maintaining alignment, and effectively partnering towards common goals and initiatives.
  • Manage activities concerning license compliance audits to be able to answer requests from software editors effectively.
  • Provide onsite/remote L1 and L2 technical support for our employees through Email, Slack, Walk-in, and Ticketing (Halp/Jira).
  • Prepare monthly reports to be submitted to the line manager related to team productivity, quality, feedback, or any other reports required for continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement – continuously review current processes to identify rooms for improvement including automation and job optimization.
    • Documentation – create and update documentation related to Operations Monitoring
    • Audit – ensure that all documentations used by the team are complete, accurate, and up to date.
    • Incident Ticket Management – entering alerts into the ticketing tool (Jira) and updating these tickets as necessary.
    • Escalation – contacting various support teams as necessary to ensure alerts are properly managed.
  • Maintaining a strong culture of health and safety practices and initiatives, ensuring that practices are compliant with Health & Safety legislation and company policies. Highlighting any unsafe practices to your Line Manager.
  • Support the employee base using both English and Thai languages, in verbal and written communication.

What you’ll Need:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement especially in the IT Operations field.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner to non-technical users.
  • Dedicated, flexible, and have a demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
