What you’ll Do:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance protocols.
- Establish and maintain an organized and secure system for managing employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Evaluate, select, and implement HR technology solutions, such as HRIS and time tracking systems, to streamline HR operations and data management.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes not only monetary compensation but also non-financial benefits, recognition programs, and work-life balance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Implement and manage employee assistance programs (EAPs) to support employees' physical and mental well-being.
- Regularly report key HR metrics to senior leadership, including turnover rates, time-to-fill, and workforce demographics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to develop an annual HR budget, including salary budgets, training and development costs, recruitment expenses, and other HR-related expenditures.
- Regularly analyze HR spending against the approved budget, identifying variances and providing explanations for discrepancies.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 12 years of progressive HR and People Operations leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day HR operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
