Qualifications
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or other relevant courses
- 1-2 years professional level experience in Learning and Development and/or or Human Resources Development
- Having experience or being familiar with Learning Management System (LMS) is preferable
- Working knowledge in training and development needs analyses, program development and delivery
- A tech-savvy and strong passion for learning
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Proven ability to complete a full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a must
