What you’ll Do:
- Assist in designing and developing engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Create content, presentations, and e-learning modules (if needed)
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, employing various instructional techniques.
- Evaluate and adjust programs for effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
- Analyze data and feedback to determine the effectiveness of existing training programs and recommend improvements.
- Generate reports to measure the impact of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain training documentation submitted to the Department of Skill Development ensuring adherence to specified criteria.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
- Strong passion for learning and development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools is a plus.
