As a People Manager - HRBP, you will work as a consultant on people management. You will help align an organization’s people strategy with the team and oversee all functions related to the team performance, managing training, enhancing employee retention and engagement, performance management, talent development and also giving guidance on employee relations.
This role will work closely with department managers and management team to work on setting priorities, suggesting solutions, leading our company culture and driving changes.
- Consult with department managers, provide strategic guidance and identify development areas needed, design, and develop relevant training/learning modules based on individual, departmental, & company needs which align to business changes.
- Responsible for employees experience to create a positive working process, environment, encourage more cross-team collaborations and support employees to be their best self at work.
- Use data to inform improvement and decisions, track and measure the impact of programs tied to the team output.
- Develop and deliver creative, engaging and impactful communication plans to employees, linking to the business strategy, mission, vision, values and culture of LINE MAN Wongnai, taking into account the needs of different audiences.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate stakeholders.
