What you’ll Do:
- Enhance overall Merchant Operation process and performance to meet target.
- Lead operation system implementation for all branches and request product team for adjustment and improvement
- Lead execution of new initiatives, working together with other functions and departments across LINE MAN Wongnai
- Manage a team of merchant operations. Work with the other team to develop new tools and processes that support the Merchant Operations Team.
- Initiate process improvement for merchant operation- Investigate loss and error in system/process then find solution and preventive to close the gap- Support, guide and coach store manager from each branches to achieve the target
- Work closely with Go To Market Team for planning and initiate the new service
- Prepare and present high quality weekly reports including sharing best practices and action plans.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor or Master of Engineering, Logistic, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 5-7 years’ experience in eCommerce, food delivery, or relevance field.
- Strong numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong prioritization and planning skills
- Must be comfortable making trade-offs vs. trying to get it done.
- Problem-solving attitude, solutions-oriented
