Rider On-boarding Supervisor



  • Supervise onboarding agents to complete day-to-day operations.
  • Train, assign, schedule, coach, and counsel team members.
  • Check and record rider's criminal check, review and approve rider registration.
  • Maintain and organize all LINE MAN and Rider documentation.
  • Correct daily data Number of rider registration approved and error.


  • Thai with Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Able to work overtime and weekend
  • Good spoken and written English.
