Data Entry & Outbound Operations (1 Year Contract)


Data Entry & Outbound Operation Staff will be working in Content Operation Team, with the main responsibility to improve user-facing contents on LINE MAN Application by both data entry and outbound calling.


  • Outbound calling and data entry to assigned list in order to collect various information for LINE MAN’s projects
  • To ensure that all assigned tasks achieve targets with high level of accuracy, efficiency, KPI and productivity
  • Other content operations related tasks as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree in any fields**
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer care or sales field or other related fields**
  • Service mind and self-motivated with good personality
  • Computer skills and Typing Skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and/or other relevant software
  • Able to Use Adobe Photoshop or other relevant software is a plus
  • Excellent Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight time deadlines
  • Fair command of spoken and written English
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated and positive working attitude
  • Quick learner, analytical and logical thinking and problem solving skills are needed
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week in shift schedule
