What you’ll Do:
- Plan and manage resources across the entire supply chain, as well as identify process bottlenecks, and implement solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner involving procurement, legal, financial accounting, fulfillment services and asset retrieval partners.
- Identify and address process bottlenecks within the asset retrieval process, ensuring efficient and timely collection of electronic devices, POS and accessories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and warehouse fulfillment services involved in the operational process, ensuring effective negotiation and partnership to maximize value for the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline asset retrieval procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead a team responsible for scheduling and conducting visits to customer locations for asset retrieval, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of asset retrieval activities, including successful retrievals and pending backlog, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely and accurate billing for services rendered and manage asset retrieval for customers who cancel subscriptions or default on payments.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to warehouse operations and asset retrieval, such as capacity management, service level agreement (SLA), retrieval success rates, turnaround times, and operation cost effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the asset retrieval team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, cost structure and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and asset retrieval, implementing relevant changes and improvements as needed.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 5+ years experience in operations, supply chain management in retail industry background or related fields.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and experience with large data sets.
- Previous experience in asset retrieval or fulfillment service is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Has a service mind, strong interpersonal skill and is capable of interacting with people and all levels.
