What you’ll do:
- Sales Bible & Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain the "Single Source of Truth" (product knowledge, pricing, scripts, objection handling). Build a searchable, rapidly updated repository with field-ready reference materials such as Quick Reference Cards and establish a feedback loop with Product and Marketing.
- Training Design & Delivery: Design, execute, and structure scalable programs for new joiners and employees to promote the continuous learning culture.
- Quality Assurance (QA) System: Define sales quality KPIs and scorecard; track team performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assessment, Certification & Engagement: Lead the MDS Rise program to boost team engagement via gamification, leaderboards, and rewards. Design a multi-tiered certification system (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and run assessments for new and existing reps.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain dashboards tracking sales quality, training completion, and certifications. Conduct cohort analysis to correlate training metrics with actual sales ROI, presenting insights monthly to leaders.
- Technology & AI Integration: Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate EdTech, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and AI tools tailored to a field sales environment. Adopt AI role-play tools, conversation intelligence software, and automated coaching modules to scale training and QA.
