What you’ll Do:
- Monitor and control store performance metrics (delivery score, chat response, cancellation rate, overall store rating) across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Ensure merchant accounts maintain good standing and comply with each platform’s policies.
- Analyze and report sales performance data by channel, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy of content and alignment with campaign requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business teams to support promotions, campaigns, and sales growth initiatives.
- Identify operational issues that impact performance and propose improvements to processes or systems.
- Provide regular performance updates to management and stakeholders.
What you’ll Need:
- Previous experience in E-commerce operations, channel performance monitoring, or quality monitoring is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok seller center metrics and requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to prepare clear sales performance reports.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams (Ops, Marketing, Business).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
