The Head of B2B Marketing at LINE MAN Wongnai reports directly to the COO, and is responsible for developing the end-to-end and long-term company marketing strategy. From strategizing and conceptualising to leading the team to implement go-to-market activities, with an emphasis on achieving B2B product sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Covered products: LMWN On-Demand Services (Food Delivery, and Mart), Merchant Solutions, and Ads.
- Reporting teams: Online & performance marketing, campaign management, communication community, and offline marketing.
- Take ownership of the business’ reputation and recognition; including brand, PR and communications
- Working closely with the Sales Team; enabling them to meet their objectives
- Working closely with Business Owner and Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors.
