  • Lead Non-Food marketing to establish Non-Food growth strategies, to drive LINE MAN’s Non-Food service (Taxi, Mart, Messenger, etc.,) transaction goals.
  • Create and Build media strategy and media plan to drive Non-Food traffic effectiveness (DAU)
  • Understanding customer behaviors, marketing insight & competitor movement to maximize business impact across customers funnel, marketing programs, campaigns, purchase path, customer lifecycle.
  • Manage and monitor Non-Food app optimization to improve customer experience, %Conversion and complete transaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Performance Marketing, Social media, Design team, CC, CX, and product team to ensure that we deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns, user engagement, and tracking capabilities
  • Manage Non-Food marketing budget and allocate to marketing team related with marketing plan and tracking & monitoring campaign performance and ROI
  • Supervise, Coaching, Monitoring and evaluate marketing team and feedback to them for improving their skill and career path
  • Report on successes and challenges of Non-Food marketing, analyzing them and optimizing them based on data.



  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7-10 years work experience in related fields.
  • Experience in FMCG, e-Commerce, Tech business is preferable.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing/Planning, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Trade Marketing is preferable.
  • Experience in team management is preferable.
  • Able to use Online tools (Google ads, Facebook ads) or Analytics (Facebook analytics, Google analytics)
  • Have Data-driven analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent in critical thinking, communicating, and negotiating skills.
  • Strong leadership and able to motivate and drive the team to accomplish their set goals and plans.
  • Ambitious, think fast, act fast, quick problem solving, like challenges, and able to withstand pressure.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to accomplish tasks on their own.
