Utilize LINE MAN social platform to drive Non-Food monthly campaign, strategic partner campaign and any focused campaign
Create and control monthly content calendar & content post for LINE MAN App, social media platform by Sync with LINE MAN Social media team
Monitor & tracking on Non-Food Social media performance
Monitor competitor movement & take counteraction in case impact with LINE MAN
Monitoring Social listening
Monitor and manage customers’s feedback on social media and contact with CS team to manage case
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in social media/ marketing communication development/ brand management/IMC campaign building up; preferably with relevant experience in Internet companies, e-Commerce, FMCG, Digital Agency.
In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, Internet development trend and media strategies
Strong communication and project management skills
Bachelor or Master degree or higher in marketing communications, advertising, marketing, or related field
Result oriented, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creativity, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the abilities to work well under-pressure in very dynamic environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both Thai and English
