  • Create and initiate marketing plan to drive growth for Non-Food service to achieve a monthly target.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
  • Manage and monitor Non-Food app optimization to improve customer experience, %Conversion and complete transaction.
  • Managing, executing and developing marketing campaigns and communications
  • Run end-to-end of campaign cover for ; Communication brief, Media plan, Campaign tracking
  • Review campaigns and analyse how we can improve performance going forward and actioning the requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Performance Marketing, Social media, Design team, CC, CX, and product team to ensure that we deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns, user engagement, and tracking capabilities
  • Oversee e-commerce market trends and competitors


  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in campaign building up; preferably with relevant experience in e-Commerce, FMCG.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, trend and media strategies
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor or higher in marketing communications, advertising, marketing, or related field
  • Result oriented, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creativity, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the abilities to work well under-pressure in very dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both Thai and English
