What you'll Do:
- Assist in planning and refining marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and transactions
- Manage daily operations for co-marketing and in-app promotions, including setup, documentation, and timely execution
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using analytics tools, generate insights, and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in budget management and invoice tracking to ensure cost efficiency and accurate financial reporting
- Support A/B testing efforts, evaluating different targeting, messaging, and creative approaches for continuous improvement
- Foster strong relationships with merchants, agencies, and other external partners, securing necessary resources and approvals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
What you'll Need:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field
- Demonstrated attention to detail with proven success in operational execution and documentation
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven recommendations
- Working knowledge of SQL is a big plus
- Shows a “CAN-DO” attitude, strong sense of responsibility, professional manner, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital payments is a plus
